We specifically worked with Riaz Pooran and that is important to note - he deserves ALL the credit and then some! Riaz was phenomenal to work with…not only was he knowledgeable, but he was personable and made the mortgage process (which initially felt confusing), easy to digest and understand. Riaz was accessible and always willing to chat via phone call or text based on our needs. I constantly told Riaz how grateful we were for his proactiveness - we always felt ahead of the curve. Documents were always requested in a timely manner and there was never a last minute rush. When it came to closing day, we had everything we needed and it was a breeze! I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Riaz: professional, caring, knowledgeable, communicative…you name it, Riaz exudes it.
