Karen has been helping people navigate real estate transactions for more than 25 years. After spending 17 years in the title industry as a Real Estate Closer, she brought that experience to mortgage lending in 2015. Her extensive background gives her a unique understanding of the entire homebuying process—from the initial conversation all the way to the closing table.
For Karen, mortgage lending is about much more than finding a loan. She takes the time to get to know her clients, understand their goals, and find the financing option that truly makes the most sense for them. Whether she is helping a first-time homebuyer, a veteran using their VA benefit, a move-up buyer, or a homeowner looking to refinance, her goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Karen is married to her husband, Chris, and has two boys, Austin (22) and Tyler (19). They are a big baseball family. Chris coached for many years until the boys hit high school. Both boys were left-handed pitchers and outfielders for most of their lives. They spent roughly 10 months of the year on a baseball field. Austin now coach’s baseball and Tyler is playing for college. He will be moving colleges with the hope of playing for Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. The family also loves boating in the summer. They spend several days a month on their boat skiing, wake boarding and surfing. Karen’s peace is on the water. The family also loves to snow ski, snowboard and ride snowmobiles. They also love to zip line and explore new places.
